Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sourdough discard
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of Cinnamon
3 Tbl Sugar
1 1/2 cups oat milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 Apple diced
Directions:
Preheat your skillet over medium-low heat for 15 minutes
Combine all your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until it's combined.
Mix wet ingredients in a different bowl and add to your dry ingredients.
Add in your diced apples.
Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in your hot skillet.
Add about 1/4 cup of your batter into the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until the edges of your pancakes start to brown and you start seeing holes on top of the pancake.
Flip your pancake and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy with real maple syrup!
